Aam Pana Recipe

Aam Pana is very popular and refreshing drink for the summers , which helps to get hydrated and saves us from the scorching heat of summer.

This drink you  must try to beat the heat because raw mangoes have hydrating qualities, which make our body cooler and refresh you in seconds.

In summer my grandma used to make every day this delightful aam pana drink and  it was the first thing which was served when whoever comein  the house.

Here I am using boiled raw mango , black pepper, jeera powder, black salt, mint, lemon juice and sugar.

Today mydaawat is sharing an easy Aam Pana Recipe with step by step pictures which help you make it more easy

Served with ice cubes and fresh mint leaves.

 

 

Ingredients

1 big raw mango(kachha aam)
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder(jeera).
1/2 tablespoon black salt( Kala namak)
1/4 teaspoon back pepper
3 tablespoon Sugar
2 cups Water
1 tsp lemon juice.
A handful of Fresh Mint leaves.
Some Ice cubes.

How to Cook Aam pana

1.Firstly Wash and clean mangoes. Peel raw mango and cut its pulp.
2.Now add this pieces of mango in a steel container or pan.

3.Add 1 cup of water and boil it on medium high flame, cook for 5-8 minutes or till these become soft.

4.When it cooked completely then off the flame and allow to cool.

 

5.Boiled mango is cooled now and put the pulp in a mixer jar by adding black salt, black pepper, jeera
powder, lemon juice ,sugar, mint leaves and little green chilli.

6.Now add 1 cup chilled water and mix it.

7.Your pana is ready and serve this chilled and yummy Aam Pana.
