Onion sandwich recipe is very simple. A filling of sauted onion flavoured with coriander leaves and tomato sauce. This is an excellent breakfast offering with a cup of tea.
Today My Daawat is sharing an easy Onion Sandwich Recipe with you
6 bread slices.
2 tablespoon butter.
2 medium size of finely chopped onion.
1 finely chopped green chilli.
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves.
½ tsp cumin seeds(jeera).
1 tsp oil.
Required salt to your taste.
How to cook Onion Sandwich Recipe
1 Firstly heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
2 Now add cumin seeds. After crackled add finely green chilli and finely chopped onion.
3 Now add required salt and cook for a minute. Off the flame.
4 Now spread tomato sauce on each bread surface.
5 Now sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on 3 bread slices.
6 Now spread onion mixer on 3 bread surface.
7 Again sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on onion mixer bread.
8 Now top the remaining 3 bread slices on each masala bread slice(sauced side should be inside).
9 Place the butter on the nonstick flat pan(tawa) and heat on medium flame.
10 When butter melt completely then place the onion sandwich on it.
11 Cook for a minute .
12 Now flip the sandwich and cook on other sides.
13 Continue cooking till both sides are toasted and golden brown,
14 Now off the flame and serve the Onion Sandwich with cup of tea.
