Wheat Flour Dough
Take a small ball of wheat flour dough and add it to the curry. Keep it for about 10-15 minutes and then take it out. Wheat flour dough is good source for reduceing excess salt in curry because it has salt sucking abilities.
Take a small size of boiled potato and add it to the curry. Keep it for about 10-15 minutes and then take it out. Boiled potato also have a good quality for reducing excess salt in curry.
Add milk in curry because it is also a good source for reducing excess salt in the curry
Add 1 tbsp curd in dry curry and cook on low-medium flame until curd vanished. It helps to reduce too much salt in the curry
Malai(cream) is also a good source for reducing excess salt in dry curry if you do not want adding curd then you can add small amount of cream. It helps to balance the excess salt
Add 1 tsp of ghee in curry it removes salty taste.
You can also add bread crumbs to resolve the salty taste.
Vinegar and Sugar
Add 1 tsp cider vinegar and 1 tsp of sugar into your curry to reduce the excess salt.
In some non curry vegetables like cauliflower, lady finger, bitter gourd, bottle gourd add grated cheese . It will increase their taste and also reduce the salt.
