Crispy Arbi Recipe is a super and quick recipe which provides a unique and different way of using arbi. The process of making is very simple and you don’t need to put extra effort in preparing this dish. Boil the arbi, then slice and deep fry in the oil, later saute with some spices.
Arbi is a healthy root vegetable which is high in fibers, starch and vitamin A. Most commonly known as colocassia or taro which can be consumed in fasting days.

250 gms arbi.
1 tsp carom seeds(ajwain).
1 tsp coriander powder.
1 tsp amchur powder.
1 tsp red chili powder.
1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
Oil for deep frying.
Required salt to your taste.
How to Cook Crispy Arbi
1.Firstly wash and boil the arbi.
2.Now peel and slice the boiled arbi.
3.Heat the oil in a non stick pan on high flame. Once oil get hot then add sliced arbi.
4.Fry it on medium flame till crispy or 10-12 minutes.
5.Take out in a plate and off the flame.
6.In the same pan heat 2 tsp oil on medium flame. Once hot then add carom seeds and allow crackling.
7.After that add all the spices and salt. Saute for few seconds.
8.Now add fried arbi, Mix well and cook for a minute.
9.Serve hot and tangy Crispy Arbi as snacks.
