Palak pakoda is one of my favorite and perfect snack recipe at home which is best recipe for the upcoming rainy or winter season. This is a wonderful tea time snack recipe which was made by using whole spinach leaf and besan.

In this palak pakoda I am using whole spinach to make it but soon I will post my another spinach pakoda recipe where I will be using finely chopped spinach.

The first reaction of kids and even some of the adults are ‘ohh palak’ But we know that it is a good source of vitamins, potassium, folate, manganese, and iron which helps to control cholesterol and keeps us healthy. This is my duty, how to provide all Nutrition to the family.
As we all know that palak is healthy vegetable but eating it everyday is littile bit tuff for us that’s why today I am sharing an easy Palak Pakoda Recipe with you.

These pakoda are crispy and too tasty which do not require rice flour. Serve these crunchy Palak Pakoda with fresh coriander chutney or tomato sauce or keri chutney.

 

Ingredients

10-12 Spinach Leaves.
1 cup Gram flour(besan).
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
1 tsp Carom seeds(ajwain).
1 tsp Cumin seeds(jeera).
1 tsp Lemon Juice.
Required S to your taste.
Oil for frying.

 

How to cook Long Beans Curry

1.Firstly wash and rinse palak leaves, Drain comletely.
2.Take a bowl and add besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, coriander powder and salt.


3.Now add leman juice and water, make a smooth and thin batter.

 

4.Heat oil in a heavy based fryng pan.Dip the spinach leaves in the batter and drop them in the hot oil, fry it on low medium flame.

 

5.Fry it until golden brown from both the sides.

 

6.Serve hot and crispy Palak Pakoda with coriander chutney or sauce.
