Masala Butter Paneer is one of the most popular and delicious paneer recipe in India. Today we will learn how to cook Masala Butter Paneer .This Masala Butter Paneer Gravy is rich and from the addition of heavy cream,butter, onion,garlic, tomato puree and cashews.

Cook time : 20 minutes
serves : 4 people

Ingredients:

250 gms paneer.
4-5 medium size of tomato puree.
½ cumin seeds.
2 tbsp soacked casew paste.
1 tsp crushed green chilli.
1 medium size of finely chopped onion.
3 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
1 bay leaf(tej patta).
1 tsp kasuri methi.
1 tsp garam masala powder.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
½ tsp red chili powder.
3 tbsp butter.
1/4 cup cream.
1 tsp coriander powder.
1 cup water.
Few coriander leaves.
Required salt.

How to cook Masala Butter Paneer

1 . Take butter in a pan and add bay leaf,cumin seeds and fry for few seconds or till it fragrant.
2 . Now add chopped onion and sauté till it light golden.
3 . After that add crushed green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute .
4 . Now add the tomato puree and stir till oil separate.
5 . After that add red chili powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder, stir for a minute.
6 . Now add cashew paste,stir the cashew paste till oil seperate.
7 . After that add water and salt,mix well and cook on a low flame.
8 . Now add the paneer and cook it for 2-3 minutes till it soft.
9 . Lastly add crushed kasuri methi and garam masala,mix well.
10. Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve the delicious hot Masala Butter Paneer .
