1/2 cup blanched chopped spinach.
2 cups thick fresh curd.
2 chopped green chilli.
2 pinches sugar.
¼ tsp cumin +black peppr powder.
How to cook Palak Raita
1. Take curd in a large bowl.
2. Combine all above ingredients and mix well.
3. Garnish with coriander leaves.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve cool Palak Raita .
