Black Pepper Bhindi is serve with hot chapatti or rice.
250 gms lady finger(bhindi).
1 finely chopped onion.
2 chopped green chilli.
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds.
1 tsp black pepper powder.
4 tbsp oil or ghee.
How to cook Black Pepper Bhindi Recipe
1.Wash bhindi and wipe them and 4 slice vertically.
2.Take ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds when it crackle then add chopped onions.
3.Now Add the green chillies and fry few seconds.
4.Add sliced bhindi and salt and cook for few minutes.
5.When it cooked well then add the pepper powders and cook for a minute.
6.Now garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot Black Pepper Bhindi wih rice.
