Bhindi Raita is healthy and tasty cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Raita Recipes.
In Bhindi Raita shallow fried bhindi is used to mix along with curd and other spices. Bhindi Raita is served with chapati/puri.
100 gm lady finger(bhindi).
1 cup curd.
¼ tsp mustard seeds.
¼ tsp red chili powder.
¼ tsp black pepper powder.
½ tsp cumin seeds.
¼ tsp fennel seeds.
salt as required.
1 tsp oil.
How to cook Bhindi Raita
1. Wash the bhindi and wipe with kitchen towel and chopped them.
2. Take oil in a pan and fry(shallow fry) the bhindi on medium flame.
3. And sauté till bhindi cooked well and crisp.
4. Take curd in a bowl and whisk it and make smooth.
5. Add all the spice powders, salt and the fried bhindi and mix well.
6. garnish the raita with a few slices of fried bhindi.
7. And keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
8. Now serve cool Bhindi Raita with chapati/puri.
